Rowing is an excellent full body, low impact exercise that builds muscle and burns calories. We have fitness class options for all levels of experience. Whether you are trying to set a new personal best or just trying to get back into shape, our experienced coaches make it fun.
The classes use rowing machines, free weights and body weight exercises to improve your strength and endurance. If you are interested in learning how to row, our fitness classes are a great introduction to the sport and many participants go on to our on the water rowing classes in the spring.
Classes are offered at 6 and 9 am at the Sam Leake boathouse at White Rock lake. Class schedule, options and registration are at regattacentral.com.
